I was sad I couldn’t have been there, but at least thanks to Facebook and the iPhone, my soul was.

Pierre-Nick do you know if the rumor about the fact that you cannot use the iPhone like a PDA and an MP3 player if it’s not activated with a service provider (like AT&T) is true ?

Hehe it is (supposedly), but the iPhone has a big “homebrew” and “hacking” community now, hehe. People tricked the iPhone into activating on their own local “Activation servers” and stuff like that.
Plus gcc runs on it, and some apps already exist for it!
